Support Structures. A. Only single pole support structures shall be used for the Construction and operation of the Facility on Agricultural Land. Other types of support structures, such as lattice towers or H-frames, may be used on nonagricultural land.
B. Where a Facility’s Aboveground Cable will be adjacent and parallel to highway and/or railroad right-of-way, but on privately owned property, the support structures shall be placed as close as reasonably practicable and allowable by the applicable County Engineer or other applicable authorities to the highway or railroad right-of-way. The only exceptions may be at jogs or weaves on the highway alignment or along highways or railroads where transmission and distribution lines are already present.
C. When it is not possible to locate Aboveground Cable next to highway or railroad right- of-way, Best Efforts shall be expended to place all support poles in such a manner to minimize their placement on Cropland (i.e., longer than normal above ground spans shall be utilized when traversing Cropland).
Support Structures. A. On Agricultural Land, only single pole support structures will be used for overland transmission not located adjacent to the Commercial Wind Energy Facility substation.
B. Where the electric line is adjacent and parallel to highway and/or railroad right-of-way, but on privately owned property, the support structures will be placed as close as reasonably practicable and allowable by the applicable County Engineer or other applicable authorities to the highway or railroad right-of-way. The only exceptions may be at jogs or weaves on the highway alignment or along highways or railroads where transmission and distribution lines are already present.
C. The highest priority will be given to locating the electric line parallel and adjacent to highway and/or railroad right-of-way. When this is not possible, Best Efforts will be expended to place all support poles in such a manner so as to minimize their placement on Cropland (i.e., longer than normal spans will be utilized when traversing Cropland).
Support Structures. A. Only single pole support structures shall be used for the Construction and operation of the Facility on Agricultural Land. Other types of support structures, such as lattice towers or H-frames, may be used on nonagricultural land.
Support Structures. Owner shall not place any support structures, including foundations and piers, associated with buildings, water slide structures, and water slides, within the area that is 15 feet west of the western boundary of the Utility Easement Area (the “Setback Area”).
Support Structures. A. The highest priority will be given to locating support structures on established corridors.
B. Where support structures must be placed on agricultural land…
1. Only single pole support structures will be used. Exceptions may include structures used for turns, road and river crossings, and dead-end structures.
2. When adjacent to highway/railroad right-of-way the support structures will be placed parallel and adjacent to the highway/railroad railroad right of way as close as possible to the edge of the existing corridor.
C. If no practical and feasible alternative exists for locating a transmission line in the manner described in A. or B. above, the transmission line will be constructed in a manner that will minimize the number of support structures that are placed on cropland. The following actions will be implemented:
1. Longer than normal spans will be utilized to minimize the number of support structures on cropland.
2. Support structures will be placed, where possible, on land that is not used as cropland and on existing utilization lines (field borders, at the edge of grassed waterways, along field roads, etc.) or within the right-of-way that provides a minimum impact to farming.
Support Structures. A. Single pole support structures will be used for the construction and operation of the project.
B. Where an electric line is adjacent and parallel to highway and/or railroad right-of-way, but on privately owned property, the support structures will be placed as close as reasonably practicable and allowable by the applicable County Engineer or other applicable authorities to the highway or railroad right-of-way.
The ASP Owner will be responsible, at its sole cost and expense, for operating, maintaining and repairing all Support Structures that are located within each Parcel as a careful owner would do at the ASP Owner’s sole cost and expense.
Support Structures. ● Individuals new to the position will have the opportunity to enroll in an STI course focused on teacher leadership, and to receive a mentor for the first year in the role. ● Regular meetings with the building leadership will take place. ● Optionally, a study group can be convened through the STI (i.e., like the MS Chairs group) to engage in regular discussion of problems of practice. ● The opportunity to take RBT’s Analyzing Teaching for Student Results (ATSR) will be made available.
Support Structures. A. Only single pole support structures will be used except where replacement of multiple pole structures or other use thereof is required.
B. Where the transmission line is adjacent and parallel to highway and/or railroad right- of-way but on privately owned property, the support structures will be placed on the highway and/or railroad right-of-way or a maximum of one foot from the edge of the highway and/or railroad right-of-way. Exception may be at jogs or weaves on the highway or railroad alignment or as necessitated by tree and foliage, private lanes, buildings and other structures, or as negotiated with the landowner.
C. The highest priority will be given to locating the electric transmission line parallel and adjacent to highway and/or railroad right-of-way. When this is not possible, all support poles will be spaced in such a manner so as to minimize their placement on cropland (i.e., longer than normal spans will be utilized when traversing cropland).
Support Structures. For the sake of continuity and constancy, a support structure is needed for the regional agreement. Support structures may involve:
