SUPPORTED HARDWARE. 3.1 Peak-Ryzex will provide the Services with such levels of skills and experience as it deems appropriate to perform the Services. Peak-Ryzex’s obligation to deliver the Services is subject to Peak-Ryzex’s receipt of all required information regarding Customer and the supported products as Peak-Ryzex shall request. This information may include but is not limited to: Customer billing address; product’s installation and/or use address; authorized contact names; valid serial numbers; and service start date. For e-Contract orders, End-User must provide to Peak-Ryzex a valid authorized buyer’s e-mail address and company address.

SUPPORTED HARDWARE o All HP-OMS Hardware EXCLUDED ITEMS (WILL NOT BE SUPPORTED OR SUPPLIED BY HP-OMS) o PDA & cell phone hardware o Consumables will not be supplied by HP-OMS (printer toners, cartridges, paper, cleaning kits, etc.) o Peripheral devices (which are not included in HP OMS Hardware): o Hardware warranty and SLA to these peripherals will be the original warranty provided by the vendor /manufacturer. HP-OMS will not provide any extension to that service,
SUPPORTED HARDWARE. Due to restricted life cycles of the Hardware there are limitations on the number of terms (Initial Term and Subsequent Term) that Support can be prolonged. Support can therefore be prolonged up to 3 years (1 Initial Term and 2 Subsequent Terms). For extensions for 4-5 years Smart Eye will make a conditional case by case decision if your Support can be prolonged.
SUPPORTED HARDWARE. All hardware purchased by Client from TCP for which Client has paid a fee for support and maintenance shall be considered Supported Hardware under the terms of this Hardware Support and Maintenance Agreement.
SUPPORTED HARDWARE. The following Cisco platforms are supported at local RMDCN sites for the connection to the DMVPN:  CISCO2921-SEC/K9 bundle running IOS software version 15.2M or higher. This is suitable for sites with an RMDCN connection speed of 25 Mbps or more;  CISCO2901-SEC/K9 bundle running IOS software version 15.2M or higher. This is suitable for sites with an RMDCN connection speed between 15 and 25Mbps;  CISCO892-K9 bundle. This is suitable for sites with an RMDCN connection speed of 15 Mbps or less.

  • Hardware IF HARDWARE IS IDENTIFIED ON A TRANSACTION DOCUMENT, THE SALE AND USE OF THE HARDWARE WILL BE GOVERNED BY TERMS OTHER THAN THIS XXXX. OT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO THE HARDWARE.

  • Software Title and ownership to Existing Software Product(s) delivered by Contractor under the Contract that is normally commercially distributed on a license basis by the Contractor or other independent software vendor proprietary owner (“Existing Licensed Product”), embedded in the Custom Products, shall remain with Contractor or the proprietary owner of other independent software vendor(s) (ISV). Effective upon acceptance, such Product shall be licensed to Authorized User in accordance with the Contractor or ISV owner’s standard license agreement, provided, however, that such standard license, must, at a minimum: (a) grant Authorized User a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, execute, reproduce, display, perform, adapt (unless Contractor advises Authorized User as part of Contractor’s proposal that adaptation will violate existing agreements or statutes and Contractor demonstrates such to the Authorized User’s satisfaction) and distribute Existing Licensed Product to the Authorized User up to the license capacity stated in the Purchase Order or work order with all license rights necessary to fully effect the general business purpose(s) stated in the Bid or Authorized User’s Purchase Order or work order, including the financing assignment rights set forth in paragraph (c) below; and (b) recognize the State of New York as the licensee where the Authorized User is a state agency, department, board, commission, office or institution. Where these rights are not otherwise covered by the ISV’s owner’s standard license agreement, the Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining these rights at its sole cost and expense. The Authorized User shall reproduce all copyright notices and any other legend of ownership on any copies authorized under this clause. Open source software is developed independently of Contractor and may be governed by a separate license (“open source software”). If the open source software is governed by a separate License and provided under this Contract, Contractor shall provide a copy of that license in the applicable Documentation and the Authorized User's license rights and obligations with respect to that open source software shall be defined by those separate license terms and subject to the conditions, if any, therein. Nothing in this Contract shall restrict, limit, or otherwise affect any rights or obligations the Authorized User may have, or conditions to which the Authorized User may be subject, under such separate open source license terms.

  • Hardware and Software Requirements In order to access and retain Disclosures electronically, you must satisfy the following computer hardware and software requirements: access to the Internet; an email account and related software capable of receiving email through the Internet; a web browser which is SSL-compliant and supports secure sessions, and hardware capable of running this software.

  • Third Party Software 1. The Software may contain third party software that requires and/or additional terms and conditions. Such required third party software notices and/or additional terms and conditions are located at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/thirdparty/index.html and are made a part of and incorporated by reference into this XXXX. By accepting this XXXX, You are also accepting the additional terms and conditions, if any, set forth therein.

  • Tooling Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement, all tooling and/or all other articles required for the performance hereof shall be furnished by Seller, maintained in good condition and replaced when necessary at Seller's expense. If NETAPP agrees to pay Seller for special tooling or other items either separately or as a stated part of the unit price of Goods purchased herein, title to same shall be and remain in NETAPP upon payment therefore.

  • Licensed Software Computer program(s) provided by Contractor in connection with the Deliverables, subject to Section 14 of this Contract.

  • Software Warranty We warrant that the Tyler Software will perform without Defects during the term of this Agreement. If the Tyler Software does not perform as warranted, we will use all reasonable efforts, consistent with industry standards, to cure the Defect in accordance with the maintenance and support process set forth in Section C(9), below, the SLA and our then current Support Call Process.
