Common use of Supported Salary Rates Clause in Contracts

Supported Salary Rates. Employees to whom the provisions in this Appendix apply will be paid the applicable percentage of the relevant salary rate prescribed below for the work value they are performing as follows, provided that the amount payable will be not less than $84.00 per week.
