SUPPORTED TOKENS. 6.1. KyberSwap shall have sole and absolute discretion to determine the type of Digital Asset Tokens which qualify as Supported Tokens in respect of which KyberSwap will offer Exchange Services. 6.2. Notwithstanding these Terms, XxxxxXxxx may from time to time in our sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice to you: 6.2.1 include additional Digital Asset Tokens as Supported Tokens in respect of which KyberSwap will offer Exchange Services; 6.2.2 exclude Digital Asset Tokens from the list of existing Supported Tokens whereupon KyberSwap shall cease to provide Exchange Services in respect thereto; and 6.2.3 restrict or limit the availability of our Exchange Services in respect of any Supported Token. 6.3. Unless otherwise determined by us in our sole and absolute discretion, a Supported Token shall not include any derivative of such Supported Token (whether resulting from a Fork or otherwise) unless such derivative has been included by us as a Supported Token. 6.4. You shall not any time to attempt to use the Exchange Services to: 6.4.1 send, store, request or receive any DATs which are not Supported Tokens; or 6.4.2 engage in any form of margin trading.
SUPPORTED TOKENS. 10.1. You are only permitted to loan Tokens that we support. You can find the list of Tokens we support at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/support . We reserve the right to change the Tokens we support from time to time. Under no circumstances should you attempt to use your Wallet to store, send, request or receive Crypto- Currencies in any form that we do not support. We shall not be responsible for any loss or liability in connection with your use or attempt to use of any Wallet to store, send, request or receive Crypto-Currencies that are not Tokens. 10.2. We retain the right, in our sole discretion, to determine whether to support transfer, storage, loaning to the Liquidity Pool or trading of any Token using the Services, and may discontinue or terminate any support for any Token at any time for any or no reason. Unless otherwise required by law or law enforcement, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of our decision to cease to support a Token. If we cease to support transfer, Storage or loan to the Liquidity Pool of a particular Token using the Services, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you at least 5 business days prior so as to afford you with an opportunity to transfer the affected Tokens from your Wallet to your Approved Token Account. If you do not transfer the affected Tokens out of your Wallet prior to cessation of support for the Token by us, such Tokens may be lost due to your inability to access, transfer or otherwise control the Tokens. We shall not be liable to you for any losses, liability or expenses related to our decision to cease any support for any Token.
SUPPORTED TOKENS. The list of supported tokens are published on xxxxx://xxxxxxxx.xxx, and may change from time to time.

Notwithstanding these Terms, Scurdex may from time to time in our sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice to you: include additional Digital Asset Tokens as Supported Tokens in respect of which Scurdex will offer Exchange Services; exclude Digital Asset Tokens from the list of existing Supported Tokens whereupon Scurdex shall cease to provide Exchange Services in respect thereto; and restrict or limit the availability of our Exchange Services in respect of any Supported Token. 6.3. Unless otherwise determined by us in our sole and absolute discretion, a Supported Token shall not include any derivative of such Supported Token (whether resulting from a Fork or otherwise) unless such derivative has been included by us as a Supported Token. 6.4. You shall not any time to attempt to use the Exchange Services to: send, store, request or receive any DATs which are not Supported Tokens; or engage in any form of margin trading.

YoloSwap shall have sole and absolute discretion to determine the type of Virtual Financial Assets which qualify as Supported Tokens in respect of which YoloSwap will offer Exchange Services. 6.2. Notwithstanding Annex A of these Terms, YoloSwap may from time to time in our sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice to you: (a) include additional Virtual Financial Assets as Supported Tokens in respect of which YoloSwap will offer Exchange Services; (b) exclude Virtual Financial Assets from the list of existing Supported Tokens whereupon YoloSwap shall cease to provide Exchange Services in respect thereto; and (c) restrict or limit the availability of our Exchange Services in respect of any Supported Token. 6.3. Unless otherwise determined by us in our sole and absolute discretion, a Supported Token shall not include any derivative of such Supported Token (whether resulting from a Fork or otherwise) unless such derivative has been included by us as a Supported Token. 6.4. You shall not any time to attempt to use the Exchange Services to: (a) send, store, request or receive any VFA which are not Supported Tokens; or (b) engage in any form of margin trading.

  • Cell Phones The College follows the State’s Cell Phone Policy. Employees who receive cell phones from the College shall also abide by this Policy. The College shall provide the Policy to any employee who is given a cell phone. Employees are responsible for the cost of all personal calls. While the College anticipates some incidental personal use of cell phones, it is also expected that such use is infrequent.

  • Safety Glasses Section 1. The City shall supply prescription safety glasses with plastic lenses to employees who are required to wear safety glasses and who are members of the classifications contained in Appendix C to this contract. Safety glasses which are authorized must be industrial grade safety glasses which meet or exceed the requirements of ANSI Specification Z87. 1. All employees who are required to wear safety glasses shall also be required to wear side xxxxxxx, either permanent or snap-on, whenever an eye hazard exists. Solid tinted glasses will not be approved unless required by prescription. Photogray, progressive, scratch coating and/or anti-glare lenses may be considered for those employees who primarily work outdoors or as prescribed. In the event that additional classes are identified as needing either prescription safety glasses or protective eyewear, such classes may be added to the classification list in Appendix C upon approval of PAGE and the City. Section 2. The City agrees to pay the full cost of required prescription safety glasses, with frames not to exceed $75.00. This excludes the cost of the eye examination which will be the responsibility of the employee. The effected employees will be allowed one (1) replacement of safety glasses every two (2) years. In the event the safety glasses become lost, unserviceable, or broken on the job, the employee must present a written request for replacement to the Department Head and Human Resources Director. If the employee breaks his safety glasses while on the job, the Department shall replace the glasses at no cost to the employee. The replacement of lost glasses or glasses that are broken off the job will be at the discretion of the Department Head and Human Resources Director. If an employee has been provided safety glasses by the City, the employee shall be permitted to retain possession of the glasses after separation from the City without reimbursing the City for any costs associated with the glasses. Section 3. An employee who is required to wear prescription safety glasses must present a written request to his department head or designated representative. Section 4. The employee must obtain a current prescription and the employee is authorized the use of sick leave not to exceed two (2) hours to accomplish this examination. The employee will obtain a purchase order from the Department Head prior to ordering the safety glasses. The employee will present the purchase order to the appropriate vendor when ordering. The vendor will contact the appropriate Department Head when the glasses are ready for delivery. The Department Head will then notify the employee who will present himself at the vendor for fitting and pickup. Section 5. In the event a probationary employee has been issued safety glasses and terminates his employment with the City for any reason during the probationary period, he shall be required to reimburse the City for any expenses incurred in the purchase of safety glasses.

  • Unbundled Channelization (Multiplexing) 5.7.1 To the extent NewPhone is purchasing DS1 or DS3 or STS-1 Dedicated Transport pursuant to this Agreement, Unbundled Channelization (UC) provides the optional multiplexing capability that will allow a DS1 (1.544 Mbps) or DS3 (44.736 Mbps) or STS-1 (51.84 Mbps) Network Elements to be multiplexed or channelized at a BellSouth central office. Channelization can be accomplished through the use of a multiplexer or a digital cross-connect system at the discretion of BellSouth. Once UC has been installed, NewPhone may request channel activation on a channelized facility and BellSouth shall connect the requested facilities via COCIs. The COCI must be compatible with the lower capacity facility and ordered with the lower capacity facility. This service is available as defined in NECA 4. 5.7.2 BellSouth shall make available the following channelization systems and interfaces: 5.7.2.1 DS1 Channelization System: channelizes a DS1 signal into a maximum of twenty- four (24)

  • Packaging Tangible product shall be securely and properly packed for shipment, storage, and stocking in appropriate, clearly labeled, shipping containers and according to accepted commercial practice, without extra charge for packing materials, cases, or other types of containers.   • Prescription Glasses This plan covers prescription glasses as follows: • Frames - one (1) collection frame per plan year; • Lenses - one (1) pair of glass or plastic collection lenses per plan year. This includes single vision, bifocal, trifocal, lenticular, and standard progressive lenses. This plan covers the following lens treatments: • UV treatment; • tint (fashion, gradient, and glass-grey); • standard plastic scratch coating; • standard polycarbonate; and • photocromatic/transitions plastic. This plan covers one (1) supply of contact lenses as follows: • conventional contact lenses - one (1) pair per plan year from a selection of • extended wear disposable lenses - up to a 6-month supply of monthly or two- week single vision spherical or toric disposable contact lenses per plan year; or • daily wear disposable lenses - up to a 3-month supply of daily single vision spherical disposable contact lenses per plan year. This plan also covers the evaluation, fitting, or follow-up care related to contact lenses. This plan covers additional contact lenses if your prescribing network provider submits a verification form, with the regular claim form, verifying that you have one of the following conditions: • anisometropia of 3D in meridian powers; • high ametropia exceeding -10D or +10D in meridian powers; • keratoconus when the member’s vision is not correctable to 20/25 in either or both eyes using standard spectacle lenses; and • vision improvement for members whose vision can be corrected two lines of improvement on the visual acuity chart when compared to the best corrected standard spectacle lenses.

  • Abnormally Low Tenders 35.1 An Abnormally Low Tender is one where the Tender price, in combination with other constituent elements of the Tender, appears unreasonably low to the extent that the Tender price raises material concerns with the Procuring Entity as to the capability of the Tenderer to perform the Contract for the offered Tender price. 35.2 In the event of identification of a potentially Abnormally Low Tender by the evaluation committee, the Procuring Entity shall seek written clarification from the Tenderer, including a detailed price analyses of its Tender price in relation to the subject matter of the contract, scope, delivery schedule, allocation of risks and responsibilities and any other requirements of the tendering document. 35.3 After evaluation of the price analysis, in the event that the Procuring Entity determines that the Tenderer has failed to demonstrate its capability to perform the contract for the offered Tender price, the Procuring Entity shall reject the Tender.
