Surrender of Properties. Upon termination of Executive's employment with the Company, regardless of the cause therefor, Executive shall promptly surrender to the Company all property provided him by the Company for use in relation to his employment, and, in addition, Executive shall surrender to the Company any and all sales materials, lists of clients and prospective clients, price lists, files, records, or other materials and information of or pertaining to the Company or its clients or prospective clients or the products, business, and operations of the Company.
Surrender of Properties. The Management Committee may authorize the Manager to surrender part or all of the Properties. If the Management Committee authorizes any such surrender over the objection of a Participant, the Participant that desires to surrender shall assign to the objecting Participant, without cost to the objecting Participant, all of the surrendering Participant's interest in the Properties to be surrendered, and the surrendered Properties shall cease to be part of the Properties.

Upon termination of the Employee's employment with the Employer, regardless of the reason therefor, the Employee shall promptly surrender to the Employer all property provided to him by the Employer for use in relation to his employment, and, in addition, the Employee shall surrender to the Employer any and all sales material, price lists, financial information, files, records, or other materials and information in his possession or under his control of or pertaining to the Employer or its business or financial affairs, including, but not limited to, costs, pricing information, markets or prospective markets, market research, marketing strategies, computer programs, assets, suppliers, services, and personnel and compensation matters.
Surrender of Properties. No act or thing done by Landlord or any agent or employee of Landlord during the Lease term shall be deemed to constitute an acceptance by Landlord or a surrender of any or all of the Properties unless such intent is specifically acknowledged in a writing signed by Landlord. The delivery of keys to any of the Properties to Landlord or any agent or employee of Landlord shall not constitute a surrender of the Properties or effect any partial or full termination of this Lease, whether or not the keys are thereafter retained by Landlord and, notwithstanding such delivery, Tenant shall be entitled to the return of such keys at any reasonable time upon request until this Lease shall have been terminated properly. The voluntary or other surrender of this Lease by Tenant, whether accepted by Landlord or not, or a mutual termination hereof, shall not work a merger, and at the option of Landlord shall operate as an assignment to Landlord of all subleases or subtenancies affecting the Properties.

Upon termination of the Executive's employment with the Company, regardless of the cause therefore, the Executive shall promptly surrender to the Company all property provided Executive by the Company for use in relation to Executive's Employment, and, in addition, the Executive shall surrender to the Company any and all financial and tax records, accounting work papers, correspondence relating to SEC or legal matter, any other materials related to financial or SEC matters, sales materials, lists of customers and prospective customers, price lists, files, patent applications, records, models, software files, listings, copies of Windows(R) software, or other materials and information of or pertaining to the Company or its customers or prospective customers or the products, business, and operations of the Company.
Surrender of Properties. Notwithstanding Subsection 12.2(d)(vii) the Manager will be entitled, at any time and from time to time to surrender all or any part of the Property or to permit the same to lapse, but only upon first either obtaining the unanimous consent of the Management Committee, or giving sixty (60) days notice of its intention to do so to the other Member. In this latter event, the Member, other than the Manager, will be entitled to receive from the Manager, on request prior to the date of the surrender or lapse, pro rata in accordance with their respective Ownership Interests, a conveyance of that portion of the Property intended for surrender or lapse, together with and Business Information, including copies of any plans, assay maps, all drill records and factual engineering data in the Manager’s possession and relevant thereto. Any part of the Property so acquired will cease to be subject to this Agreement and will not be subject to Section 21.2. Any part of the Property which has not been so acquired by any of the Members will remain subject to Section 21.2.

Upon termination of Bxxxx'x employment with the Company, regardless of the reason therefore, Bxxxx shall promptly surrender to the Company all property provided him by the Company for use in relation to his employment and, in addition, Bxxxx shall surrender to the Company any and all materials, lists, files, patent applications, records, models, notes, copies of documents records, and any written or recorded information in regards to the business of the Company or other materials and information of or pertaining to the Company or its customers or prospective customers or the products, business, and operations of the Company.

Upon termination of Mistarz's employment with the Company, regardless of the cause therefor, or otherwise immediately upon request of the Company, Mistarz shall promptly surrender to the Company all property provided to him by the Company for use in relation to his employment and in addition, Mistarz shall surrender to the Company any and all financial and accounting materials, lists of customers and prospective customers, price lists, files, patent applications, records, models, or other materials and information of or pertaining to the Company or its customers or prospective customers or the products, businesses, finances, or operations of the Company.

Upon termination of the Key Employee's employment with the Company, regardless of the cause therefor, the Key Employee shall promptly surrender to the Company all property provided him/her by the Company for use in relation to his/her employment, and, in addition, the employee shall surrender to the Company any and all sales materials, lists of customers and prospective customers, price lists, files, patent applications, records, models, software files, listings, copies of window software, or other materials and information of or pertaining to the Company or its customers or prospective customers or the products, business, and operations of the Company.
