Suspension and Withdrawal. Any party to this Agreement may withdraw or suspend their participation under present Agreement by giving written notice to the Chairman of the Council of the Mekong River Commission, who shall acknowledge receipt thereof and immediately communicate it to the Council representatives of all remaining parties. Such notice of withdrawal or suspension shall take effect one year after the date of acknowledgement or receipt unless such notice is withdrawn beforehand or the parties mutually agree otherwise. Unless mutually agreed upon to the contrary by all remaining parties to this Agreement, such notice shall not be prejudicial to nor relieve the noticing party of any commitments entered into concerning programs, projects, studies or other recognized rights and interests of any riparians, or under international law.
Suspension and Withdrawal. 23.6.1 We may suspend or permanently withdraw the Trading Platform, by giving you written notice.
23.6.2 We have the right, unilaterally and with immediate effect, to suspend or withdraw permanently your ability to use the Trading Platform, or any part thereof, without notice, where we consider it necessary or advisable to do so, for example due to your non-compliance with the Applicable Laws, breach of any provisions of the Agreement, on the occurrence of an Event of Default, network problems, failure of power supply, for maintenance, or to protect you when there has been a breach of the Agreement by us. In addition, the use of a Trading Platform may be terminated automatically, upon the termination (for whatever reason) of:
(a) any licence granted to us that relates to the Trading Platform; or
(b) the Agreement.
23.6.3 In the event of a termination of the use of the Trading Platform for any reason, upon request by us, you must, either return or destroy all hardware, software and documentation that we have provided you in connection with such Trading Platform and any copies thereof.
Suspension and Withdrawal. 11.1 Once approved and published, a Type-specification will remain valid until or unless RDL suspends or withdraws it. RDL may suspend or withdraw a Type- specification without liability to the Proposer for reasons including the following:
11.1.1 consistent failure to meet its target performance stated in RDL's Quality Manual;
11.1.2 the circumstances referred to in Clause 6.2;
11.1.3 continued validity of the Type-specification being precluded or rendered redundant by Force Majeure;
11.1.4 insufficient availability of the necessary materials and components;
11.1.5 any other situation where, in RDL’s sole judgement, continuing approval would or might bring the RDL scheme and/or its approval activities into disrepute.
11.2 During the period of any Suspension of a Type-Specification, or following the date of its withdrawal , the Proposer will not by any act or omission represent that the Type-Specification is valid and approved by RDL.

(i) Venture shall have the right without liability to the Client and without notice, at any time and from time to time, to suspend the operation of the Services whereupon no further Messages shall be sent or enquiries made by either party until Venture has agreed to re-activate the Services;
(ii) This service can be suspended or withdrawn for any reason, clauses 22.(1), 22.(2) and 22.(9) shall survive withdrawal of this Service;
(iii) Withdrawal of this service shall not affect any action required to complete or implement Messages, which are received by either of the parties prior to such withdrawal.
