Suspension of Service for Non-Payment. Without prejudice to Jitterbit’s other rights and remedies, if any amount owed by Client under this Agreement is thirty (30) or more days overdue, Jitterbit may suspend Client’s access and use of the Jitterbit Applications and/or performance of Support Services or Professional Services until such amounts are paid in full. Jitterbit will give Client at least ten (10) days written notice that its account is overdue, in accordance with Section 20.11 (“Notice”) before exercising its suspension rights under this Section.

Suspension of Service for Non-Payment. Kareo may suspend or terminate the Service, or both, if Customer has not paid amounts owed to Kareo when due. In advance of any suspension or termination, Kareo will make commercially reasonable efforts to send a minimum five-day (5-day) notice of payment default to Customer prior to suspension or termination (Customer is responsible updating its contact information with Kareo and notifying Kareo of any changes to such information).
