Suspension/Probation. In addition to the City’s right to terminate the contract and not in limitation thereof, if the Contractor fails to fulfill its obligations or fails to meet performance standards under this Agreement, the City shall have the right to place the Contractor on probation/suspension, thereby precluding the Contractor from applying for WIOA Title I Youth funds for a specified period to be determined by WIN.

  • Discharge/Suspension Grievance If an employee, who has completed his probationary period, claims that he has been unjustly discharged or suspended, such claim must be submitted by the employee, who may be accompanied by a Union xxxxxxx, or by a Committee member at Step 2 of the grievance procedure to the Hospital within five (5) days following the date the discharge or suspension is effective.
