Sweepstakes and Contests. If we run a sweepstake or contest, we may ask you to provide contact information (e.g., a phone number or an email address) or other personal information. Your contact information may be used to reach you about the sweepstakes or contest, and, to the extent permitted by law, for other promotional, marketing and business purposes. In compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction, as a participant you may have the opportunity to opt-out of any communications that are not related to awarding prizes.

Sweepstakes and Contests. From time to time, we may offer and/or co-sponsor contests, sweepstakes, raffles, promotions, and games on the Service. Each of these activities may be governed by specific rules listed on the Service. By participating in any such activities, you will become subject to those rules and we urge you to read any applicable rules. To the extent that the terms and conditions of such rules conflict with this Agreement, the terms and conditions of such rules shall control. Third parties may also offer contests, sweepstakes, raffles, promotions, and games on the Service. You acknowledge and agree that you assume all risk and responsibility for your participation in any such contests, sweepstakes, raffles, promotions, or games. TransX expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with your participation in any such third party sponsored activities.

  • Third Party Billing If, prior to the Effective Date or at any time during the term of this IA LFAC contracts with a third party billing company to submit claims to the Federal health care programs on behalf of LFAC, LFAC must certify to OIG that he or it does not have an ownership or control interest (as defined in 42 U.S.C. § 1320a-3(a)(3)) in the third party billing company and is not employed by, and does not act as a consultant to, the third party billing company. LFAC also shall obtain (as applicable) a certification from any third party billing company that the company: (i) has a policy of not employing any person who is excluded from participation in any Federal health care program to perform any duties related directly or indirectly to the preparation or submission of claims to Federal health care programs; (ii) screens its prospective and current employees against the Exclusion List; and (iii) provides training in the applicable requirements of the Federal health care programs to those employees involved in the preparation and submission of claims to Federal health care programs. If applicable, a copy of these certifications shall be included in LFAC’s Implementation Report and each Annual Report required by Section V below.

  • Telephone Facilities Where commercial telephone facilities are not available, employees will be allowed reasonable use of the Employer's facilities; in which case no telephone allowances will be paid.

  • Telephone Expenses 1. The State shall pay nine dollars ($9.00) of the basic monthly charge when an employee is specifically required by the State to have a telephone in his or her residence, unless the telephone is provided by the State, whether as a cell phone or other device with telephonic capability that functions to the State’s satisfaction at the member’s residence. These payments shall be made on a semiannual basis in January and July and shall be prorated for those employees who become eligible or terminate State service between the semiannual payments.

  • Third Party Interactions During use of the Service, Subscriber may enter into correspondence with, purchase goods and/or services from, or participate in promotions of advertisers or sponsors showing their goods and/or services through the Service. Any such activity, and any terms, conditions, warranties, or representations associated with such activity, is solely between Subscriber and the applicable third party. TOMIS and its licensors shall have no liability, obligation, or responsibility for any such correspondence, purchase, or promotion between Subscriber and any such third party. TOMIS does not endorse any sites on the Internet that are linked through the Service. TOMIS provides these links to Subscriber only as a matter of convenience, and in no event shall TOMIS or its licensors be responsible for any content, products, services, or other materials on or available from such sites.   • Telephone Services All telegraph, telephone, and communication connections which Tenant may desire outside the Premises shall be subject to Landlord’s prior written approval, in Landlord’s sole discretion, and the location of all wires and the work in connection therewith shall be performed by contractors approved by Landlord and shall be subject to the direction of Landlord, except that such approval is not required as to Tenant’s cabling from the Premises in a route designated by Landlord to any telephone cabinet or panel provided for Tenant’s connection to the telephone cable serving the Building, so long as Tenant’s equipment does not require connections different than or additional to those to the telephone cabinet or panel provided. As to any such connections or work outside the Premises requiring Landlord’s approval, Landlord reserves the right to designate and control the entity or entities providing telephone or other communication cable installation, removal, repair and maintenance outside the Premises and to restrict and control access to telephone cabinets or panels. In the event Landlord designates a particular vendor or vendors to provide such cable installation, removal, repair and maintenance for the Building, Tenant agrees to abide by and participate in such program. Tenant shall be responsible for and shall pay all costs incurred in connection with the installation of telephone cables and communication wiring in the Premises, including any hook-up, access and maintenance fees related to the installation of such wires and cables in the Premises and the commencement of service therein, and the maintenance thereafter of such wire and cables; and there shall be included in Operating Expenses for the Building all installation, removal, hook-up or maintenance costs incurred by Landlord in connection with telephone cables and communication wiring serving the Building which are not allocable to any individual users of such service but are allocable to the Building generally. If Tenant fails to maintain all telephone cables and communication wiring in the Premises and such failure affects or interferes with the operation or maintenance of any other telephone cables or communication wiring serving the Building, Landlord or any vendor hired by Landlord may enter into and upon the Premises forthwith and perform such repairs, restorations or alterations as Landlord deems necessary in order to eliminate any such interference (and Landlord may recover from Tenant all of Landlord’s costs in connection therewith). No later than the Termination Date, Tenant agrees to remove all telephone cables and communication wiring installed by Tenant for and during Tenant’s occupancy, which Landlord shall request Tenant to remove. Tenant agrees that neither Landlord nor any of its agents or employees shall be liable to Tenant, or any of Tenant’s employees, agents, customers or invitees or anyone claiming through, by or under Tenant, for any damages, injuries, losses, expenses, claims or causes of action because of any interruption, diminution, delay or discontinuance at any time for any reason in the furnishing of any telephone or other communication service to the Premises and the Building.

  • Third Party Use You may allow your agents, contractors and outsourcing service providers (each a “Permitted Third Party”) to use the Product(s) licensed to you hereunder solely for your benefit in accordance with the terms of this XXXX and you are responsible for any such Permitted Third Party’s compliance with this XXXX in such use. Any breach by any Permitted Third Party of the terms of this XXXX will be considered your breach.
