Types of Personal Information. Includes the following: • Randomly generated identifiers and cryptographic keys. • When using certain Futurae API features such as the user/device display name, and username attributes: basic personal data (such as name), contact details (such as email, phone number etc), or anything that can be used as a username or display name as specified by the Customer and/or its end users. • When using Futurae’s transaction or login approval authentication technologies: Details about the action or login that has to be approved by the end user, such as payment details, or login information such as originating IP address and location, or anything else specified by the Customer. • When using Futurae’s audio-based zero-touch authentication technologies: short audio recordings, which are nevertheless immediately discarded after the end of the authentication operation and never stored in persistent storage. • When using Futurae’s signal-based zero-touch authentication technologies: anonymized sensor data, such as Wi-Fi and Bluetooth scan results. • When using Futurae’s SMS authentication technology: phone number. • Traffic data, as well as information about device hardware and software. Types of Personal Information. Name, national ID number, passport number, gender, date of birth, contact information, image, voice, biometric (including but not limited to portrait, fingerprint, etc.), information about specific standard information for accessing the website, app, or social media (for example: IP address, cookie ID and cookie contents, unique identification codes, mobile device identification, domain names, device information, usage time, browser type, language settings, geographic location, operating system, server record, webpage search/browse/click record, modes of use, and information or labels and other similar data obtained by partner companies in their own name by analyzing and collating the above-mentioned data), and information such as the contents of relevant business applications or contracts. The information from the relevant business, account or service relationship between the Bank and customers or between the customer and a third party (such as the Joint Credit Information Center, Taiwan Insurance Institute, etc.) shall be deemed the most accurate version of the information.
