Common use of Table A Clause in Contracts

Table A. The Life Assurance Benefit in the case of all Members shall be an amount equal to £120,000. The Life Assurance Benefit in the case of a Child shall be an amount equal to £3,000. Note: Under this Policy, or any subsequent replacement Policy issued by the Company, the Life Assurance Benefit will be subject to an appropriate reduction in respect of the Member where a previous payment of Terminal Prognosis Advance has been paid.
