Table of Variation Rates and Prices. The table set out in or referred to in the Contract Particulars, which does not form part of the Contract and is only to be used for valuing Variations. Tax or Taxes Means any present or future tax, levy, impost, duty, rate, charge, fee, deduction or withholding of any nature, imposed or levied by any authority, together with any interest, penalty, charge, fee or other amount imposed or made on, or in respect of, any of the foregoing. Means any: change including omissions (whether or not performed by the Principal or a third party) to the design or construction of the Works within the general scope of the Contract; and without limiting paragraph (a), acceleration of the Date for Completion or sequencing of the program for the Works as directed by the Principal under a written notice entitled "Acceleration Direction". The Work Health and Safety Accreditation Scheme in force pursuant to section 43 of the Building and Construction Industry (Improving Productivity) Act 2016 (Cth). Means any of the following: Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (Cth) and Work Health and Safety Regulations 2011 (Cth); and any corresponding WHS law as defined in section 4 of the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (Cth). The total of the direct/indirect, recurring/non-recurring, fixed/variable financial costs to the Principal arising out of, or in connection with, the Works over the whole life of the Works including the costs of designing and constructing the Works prior to Completion and operating and maintaining the Works after Completion.
