Key People definition

  • All personnel with an individual name (vs only a position title) listed in the Staffing Plan as indicated in “Exhibit A” are defined as Key People in accordance with Sections 4.6.1.1 and 4.6.1.2 of the Agreement.

More Definitions of Key People

Key People means ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ as the Project Executive and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ as the Project Manager. Developer shall not substitute either of the Key People without the prior written consent of the Project Lead, which consent may be withheld in the County’s sole and absolute discretion. Upon the death, disability or leaving Developer’s employment of either of the Key People, Developer shall propose new personnel to fill the vacancy so caused. Such new personnel shall be subject to Project Lead’s consent, which consent may be withheld in the County’s sole and absolute discretion. Upon the approval of a substitute person for an original “Key Person”, the term Key People shall mean the Key People as so substituted.
Key People means the individuals (if any) listed in Item 3.
Key People are defined as those people whose qualifications and experience are essential to providing quality SERVICES. “Project Team” means the personnel assigned by the CONSULTANT and the subconsultant(s) who are responsible for the completion of the SERVICES.
