Key People definition

Key People means Pxxxx Xxxxx, Rxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Wxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Nxxx Xxxxxxx and Nxxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx (and any replacements reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent).
Key People means the individuals listed in Item 3 of Schedule 1.

More Definitions of Key People

Key People means Xxxxxxx X. XxXxxxxx as the Project Executive and Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxx as the Project Manager. Developer shall not substitute either of the Key People without the prior written consent of the Project Lead, which consent may be withheld in the County’s sole and absolute discretion. Upon the death, disability or leaving Developer’s employment of either of the Key People, Developer shall propose new personnel to fill the vacancy so caused. Such new personnel shall be subject to Project Lead’s consent, which consent may be withheld in the County’s sole and absolute discretion.
