Work Health and Safety Plan. The plan prepared by the Contractor and finalised under clause 9.2 (which is either Contract specific or Site specific) and which must set out in adequate detail the procedures the Contractor will implement to manage the Contractor's Activities and the Works from a work health and safety perspective to ensure compliance with all Statutory Requirements (including the WHS Legislation). The Work Health and Safety Plan must address, at a minimum: the names, positions and responsibilities of all persons at the workplace whose positions or roles involve specific health and safety responsibilities in connection with the Contractor's Activities and the Works; the arrangements in place, or to be implemented, between any persons conducting a business or undertaking (PCBU) at the workplace where the Contractor's Activities and the Works are being undertaken regarding consulting, cooperating and coordinating activities where the PCBU(s) at the workplace and the Contractor owe a work health and safety duty in relation to the same work health and safety matter (including procedures for information sharing and communication); the arrangements in place, or to be implemented, for managing any work health and safety incidents that occur at a workplace where the Contractor's Activities and the Works are carried out, including: incident (including notifiable incident) reporting procedures; preventative and corrective action procedures; and record-keeping and reporting requirements, including reporting to the Contract Administrator with respect to incidents and accidents under clause 8.16(b); any Site-specific health and safety rules, and the arrangements for ensuring that all persons at the workplace are informed of these rules; the arrangements for the collection and recording, and any assessment, monitoring and review of safe work method statements at the workplace; if the Contract requires the Contractor to design any part of the Works, the procedures for: conducting design risk assessments to ensure compliance with Statutory Requirements (including the WHS Legislation), including regarding design changes relevant to work health and safety; carrying out calculations, analysis, testing or examinations regarding design to ensure compliance with WHS Legislation; and ensuring the results of such calculations, analysis, testing or examinations are provided to the Commonwealth, including as a condition precedent to Completion and prior to the expiry of the Defects Liability Peri...
Work Health and Safety Plan. The work health and safety plan specified in the Subcontract Particulars, as updated in accordance with the Managing Contractor Contract.
Work Health and Safety Plan. A.1.1. Prior to the commencement of Works and before possession of the Site the Contractor must have a Work Health and Safety Plan (the WH&S Plan) approved by Principal which will address all WH&S issues relevant to the Work and the Site, including but not limited to:
a. recognition of its duty of care to employees and the wider community;
b. outlining the planning processes and procedures in place that have the capacity to identify possible health and safety impacts;
c. site and task specific safe work method statements including site induction;
d. outlining the planning processes and procedures in place to develop measures to minimise health and safety impacts and risks;
Work Health and Safety Plan. The work health and safety plan prepared by the Contractor and finalised under clause 8.7, which can be either Contract specific or site specific, and must: set out in adequate detail the procedures the Contractor will implement to manage the Contractor's Activities from a work health and safety perspective; describe how the Contractor proposes to ensure the Contractor's Activities are performed consistently with Statutory Requirements in relation to work health and safety; and address the matters specified in the Contract Particulars.

The work health and safety plan prepared by the Consultant and finalised under clause 6.4 which must set out in adequate detail the procedures the Consultant will implement to manage the Services from a work health and safety perspective and which must: describe how the Consultant proposes to ensure the Services are performed consistently with Statutory Requirements in relation to work health and safety; and address the matters specified in the Contract Particulars.
Work Health and Safety Plan. If required under the WHS Law, the Contractor must prepare a WHS management plan, safe work method statement and any other WHS-related documentation submitted by the Contractor to the Principal as part of the Contractor's tender for the Works (as well as the final version of those documents). The Contractor must ensure that any work health and safety plan, safe method work statement or similar documents, comply with the requirements of the WHS Law and all other legislative requirements. The Contractor must, in particular, comply with:
(a) Chapter 6 of the Work Health and Safety Regulations 2011 (Cth); and
(b) all relevant codes of practice relating to the carrying out of the WUC. The work health and safety plan must address all matters relating to the regulation and implementation of safe work practices on the site, including but not limited to site induction, recording and reporting of accidents and incidents and the protection of other users of the Works and its surroundings. The Contractor warrants that the work health and safety plan will be maintained and updated to include the requirements in this clause 28.2.

The work health and safety plan prepared by the Subcontractor and approved by the Contractor's Representative, which can be either Subcontract specific or site specific, and must: set out in adequate detail the procedures the Subcontractor will implement to manage the Subcontractor's Activities from a work health and safety perspective; describe how the Subcontractor proposes to ensure the Subcontractor's Activities are performed consistently with Statutory Requirements in relation to work health and safety; address the matters specified in the Contract Particulars; and be in accordance with the Subcontract and not be inconsistent with the Contractor's Work Health and Safety Plan.

Matters required to be covered in a Work Health and Safety Management Plan by the WHS Legislation, including: a. the names, positions and responsibilities of all persons at the workplace whose positions or roles involve specific health and safety responsibilities in connection with the Contractor's Activities; b. the arrangements in place, or to be implemented, between any persons conducting a business or undertaking at the workplace where the Contractor's Activities are being undertaken, for consultation, cooperation and coordination of activities in relation to compliance with their duties under the WHS Legislation; c. the arrangements in place, or to be implemented, for managing any work health and safety incidents that occur, including incident reporting procedures, corrective action procedures, record-keeping and reporting requirements (including project-specific and general reporting and reporting to the Contract Administrator with respect to work health and safety matters), project-specific emergency plans and first aid procedures; d. any site-specific health and safety rules, and the arrangements for ensuring that all persons at the workplace are informed of these rules; e. the arrangements for the collection and recording, and any assessment, monitoring and review of safe work method statements at the workplace; and f. ensuring that work health and safety is a compulsory agenda item at all monthly meetings (or equivalent) and ensuring that the outcomes of those agenda items are communicated to the Contract Administrator.

The work health and safety plan prepared by the Subconsultant and finalised under clause 7.4, which can be either Subcontract specific or site specific, and must: set out in adequate detail the procedures the Subconsultant will implement to manage the Subcontract Services from a work health and safety perspective; describe how the Subconsultant proposes to ensure the Subcontract Services are performed consistently with Statutory Requirements in relation to work health and safety; address the matters specified in the Subcontract Particulars; and be in accordance with the Subcontract and not be inconsistent with the Consultant's Work Health and Safety Plan.
