Common use of TALENT TEST Clause in Contracts

TALENT TEST. A Director employed for the purpose of directing a talent test(s) or audition(s), as those terms are generally understood in the industry, shall be compensated at the rate of $1,266 ($1,288† effective July 1, 2012 and $1,311†† effective July 1, 2013).
