Common use of Task Force Committees Clause in Contracts

Task Force Committees. When the Union or Management feel that there is a need for a change that would affect one or more members of the bargaining unit, then a committee will be formed to study and discuss the suggested changes. Types of changes may include but are not limited to the following: Benefits, Working Conditions, Job Descriptions and work that may be contracted to non-district employees when there may be district employees who could perform the duties.
