Task Order Changes. Changes to Task Orders (other than O&M Scope Modifications which are addressed in Article 1.4.1.3 below) shall be made in accordance with Article 4 (Changes), subject to Boeing’s submission of a change proposal providing an estimate of the Time & Material price adjustment associated with such change, including a detailed and time-phased estimate of labor hours by labor classification to be adjusted and supported by historical labor data and other supporting information. When applicable, an agreed upon change to a Task Order will also result in a commensurate adjustment in the Annual O&M Price Cap.

Task Order Changes. Upon written notice, one party may request additions or changes to a task order, including the scope of work provided the additions or changes do not result in an increase in the Funding Level as set forth in Article II of this Agreement. All additions or changes to a task order shall be documented in writing, signed, and dated by the authorized representative of MDE and MDNR.
Task Order Changes. Modifications to a Task Order will only be binding if in writing and signed by both parties.

  • Change Orders Any alteration or deviation from the Services mentioned or any other contractual specifications that result in a revision of this Agreement shall be executed and attached to this Agreement as a change order (“Change Order”).

  • Product Changes Vocera shall have the right, in its absolute discretion, without liability to End User, to update to provide new functionality or otherwise change the design of any Product or to discontinue the manufacture or sale of any Product. Vocera shall notify End User at least 90 days prior to the delivery of any Product which incorporates a change that adversely affects form, fit or function (“Material Change”). Vocera shall also notify End User at least 90 days prior to the discontinuance of manufacture of any Product. Notification will be made as soon as reasonably practical for changes associated with regulatory or health and safety issues.

  • Scope of Work The Contractor has overall responsibility for and shall provide and furnish all materials, equipment, tools and labor as necessary or reasonably inferable to complete the Work, or any phase of the Work, in accordance with the Owner’s requirements and the terms of the Contract Documents.

  • Change Order (5) The Change Order is then submitted to the Project Manager who immediately processes the CO with OPC as required by Bulletin 3.5 and BGS’ Contracting Plan.
