Subject Matter of Contract. 1.1 The subject matter of this Contract is the regulation of the professional performance of the position as Member of the Audit Committee for the remuneration set forth in Article 3 hereof. The Parties hereby state that the Member was elected into the position of the member of the Audit Committee of the Company with effect as of 24 June 2013.
1.2 The Member undertakes to perform the office of the Member of the Audit Committee of the Company personally, properly and with due managerial care (in Czech: s péčí řádného hospodáře).
Subject Matter of Contract. 1.1 The TSO shall provide the Shipper with the gas transmission entry capacity set out in Annex No. 1 hereto (hereinafter the “Entry Capacity”) in accordance with the applicable entry/exit regime, subject to the terms and conditions set out in this Contract.
1.2 The Shipper shall pay to the TSO the price set out in this Contract for the capacity reserved under this Contract (and available for use by the Shipper) and for the related gas transmission services actually provided by the TSO on the “ship-or-pay” principle, i.e. the principle that the Shipper is obliged to pay the transmission fee regardless of whether or not it actually uses the reserved capacity for the shipping of gas.

Subject Matter of Contract. 1. Pursuant to this contract, PMG shall permit the customer to engage in paid use of the products listed on the front page.
Subject Matter of Contract. 1. The subject-matter of this contract is the provision of the services according to the Submitter’s purchase orders confirmed and accepted by the Provider.
2. The Provider is authorized to not accept the purchase order for any reasons, in particular, but not exclusively if the Provider is not capable to fulfil it.
3. The Submitter will provide the cooperation and the information for the purposes of the provision of the services. The Submitter undertakes to receive the subject matter of the contract and to pay for it the contractual price.

1.3 The undertakings set out in Sections 1.1 and 1.2 above are subject to the terms agreed in this Contract. In particular, their becoming effective is subject to the fulfilment of the conditions listed in Section 5 below, and the timing and scope of their applicability is further subject to the fulfillment of the conditions set out in Section 4 below.
1.4 The Network Code of NET4GAS, s. r. o. (hereinafter the “Network Code”), as amended from time to time, shall apply between the parties in relation to the Contract always in its then- effective version. Section 1752 of Act No. 89/2012, the Civil Code (hereinafter the “Civil Code”), shall not apply to the Contract or the Network Code. The TSO shall not propose a change to the Network Code detrimental to the Shipper’s position under this Contract, unless it needs to do so due to changes to applicable law and/or the regulatory framework, or in order to implement a request of a competent public authority.
Subject Matter of Contract. The right to act as the exclusive agent in respect of Tianjin Satellite TV Category 1 advertisements (exclusive of shopping ads), which include without limitation:
(1) All Category 1 hard-sell advertisements; and
(2) All Category 1 soft-sell advertisement.
Subject Matter of Contract. 1. The subject-matter of this contract is the calibration of measuring instruments: within a state metrological control stipulated in legislation (§ 4 of the Act No 505/1990 Coll. on metrology as amended). After the realisation of the calibration of measuring instruments CMI issues the certificate of calibration in accordance with ISO/IEC17025. CMI is (together with. e.g. NIST) a signatory of the mutual recognition arrangement CIMP MRA drawn under the Metre Convention (see xxx.xxxx.xxx).
2. The Submitter has to organize the transport of measuring instruments from Copenhagen to Prague and from Prague to Copenhagen at one's own expenses and at one’s own risk. CMI has to arrange the transportation between CMI’s laboratories at the expenses of the CMI and at one’s own risk. The expenses of the transportation between CMI’s laboratories are concluded in the contractual price.
3. The Submitter will provide the cooperation and the information for the purposes of the objective calibrations. The subject – matter of the contract will be considered fulfilled by the issuing the documents about the calibrations. The Submitter undertakes to receive the subject matter of the contract and to pay for it the contractual price.
Subject Matter of Contract. 1. The Contractor undertakes to provide to the Client following:
a) security design software (hereinafter „SW“) including licences to this SW according to Article VIII Paragraph 1 hereof, the minimum requirements for this SW are specified in Technical Specification which is Annex No. 1 to this Contract;
b) instalation of SW;
c) training: • duration: 10 working days (8 working hours per day), • location: place of performance according to Article IV Paragraph 1 hereof, • training shall be provided for a maximum number of 4 trainees, • language of training: English;
d) warranty for SW: • warranty period: 12 months • In case of defects during the warranty period, the warranty service for repair of defects shall be provided as same conditions as stated in SW maintenance requirements which is an Annex No. 2 to this Contract (hereinafter „warranty“)
e) maintenance of SW for 2 years and according to SW maintenance requirements which is an Annex No. 2 to this Contract (hereinafter „maintenance“).
2. SW shall be delivered to Client by the Contractor on a dongle, CD's or other portable media containing also the licence agreement (hereinafter also referred to as ”documentation”). This documentation shall be in English language.
3. The subject-matter of this Contract is not including hardware (workstation and monitor) for implementation hereof, the Client undertakes to ensure the necessary HW itself.
