Day Xxxxxx. Shall be Contractor employee, located on-site for the purpose of providing immediate attention during normal working hours to perform the Contract related services, including, but not limited to, the removal of hazards such as spills or broken glass, emergency clean-ups, (plumbing and roof leaks) refilling supplies and general facility upkeep.
Day Xxxxxx. The Orange County Public Law Library requires a Day Xxxxxx to be at the facility for four hours per day, Monday through Friday. Day Xxxxxx shall be the Contractor’s employee, located on-site for the purpose of providing immediate attention during normal working hours to Contract-related services, including, but not limited to, the removal of hazards such as spills or broken glass, plumbing leaks, roof leaks, refilling supplies, and general facility upkeep.
Day Xxxxxx. A. Some County departments will require a Day Xxxxxx to be at the facility. Day Xxxxxx shall be the Contractor’s employee, located on-site for the purpose of providing immediate attention during normal working hours to Contract-related services, including, but not limited to, the removal of hazards such as spills or broken glass, plumbing leaks, roof leaks, refilling supplies, disinfecting and general facility upkeep.
B. The Day Xxxxxx shall work per schedules of the requesting /department.
C. Contractor shall provide full Day Xxxxxx service during all of the hours designated for the performance of this work and shall provide suitable substitutes if the regular staff is unavailable. All of the work performed by the Day Xxxxxx shall be in addition to, and not a substitute for, any regular nighttime custodial operations. Substitute staff shall have the same basic skills and responsibilities as the regular day xxxxxx.
Day Xxxxxx. The Manchester Office Building requires a Day Xxxxxx to be at the facility for eight hours per day, Monday through Friday. Day xxxxxx shall be the Contractor’s employee, located on-site for the purpose of providing immediate attention during normal working hours to Contract-related services, including, but not limited to, the removal of hazards such as spills or broken glass, plumbing leaks, roof leaks, refilling supplies, and general facility upkeep.
Day Xxxxxx. (Services to be provided during COUNTY’s normal business hours Monday through Friday) Provide one full-time janitorial staff from 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. to:
1. Periodically clean and stock restrooms, as needed;
2. Continuously monitor and clean, as necessary, all public areas and parking areas adjacent to building;
3. Attend to emergency situations such as: toilet overflows, spills, etc; and
4. Perform other janitorial functions as requested by on-site COUNTY designated manager.

Day Xxxxxx. 1. Police entire lobby area and elevator cabs.
2. Police men’s public toilets on multi-tenant floors to fill toilet tissue, soap, and towel dispensers.
3. Clean basement corridors and utility rooms.
4. Police employees’ locker rooms.
5. Sweep and hose sidewalks, as necessary, weather permitting; remove snow during regular working hours, as necessary.
6. Set out rubber mats or carpet mats on rainy days; keep mats in clean condition.
7. Sweep and dust all stairways and fire towers weekly; dust all handrails, spindles, and stair risers weekly wet mop stairs monthly.
8. Clean mechanical equipment areas when so directed by OWNER.
9. Clean roof setbacks and drains when so requested by OWNER.
10. Keep frames on building entrance doors in clean condition.
11. Clean standpipes and sprinkler connections as necessary.
12. Wipe down exterior metal work; marble etc. of building entrance.
Day Xxxxxx a. Daily cleaning services shall be provided Monday - Friday, 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM only.
b. Dayporter services shall be included.
1. A day xxxxxx will be provided five (5) days per week. Preferred times to be between 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
2. Alphanumeric Pager will be provided for each day xxxxxx by Contractor.
3. The purpose of the day xxxxxx position shall be to maintain the common areas and restrooms of the building during business hours, assist the tenants of the building, assist the Liberty maintenance staff and assist janitorial evening crew with detail work. The Contractor will work with the Property Manager in establishing the day xxxxxx schedule.
