Tax Shelter Annuity Programs. 1. A Tax Shelter Annuity Program shall continue to be made available to employees. Carriers for said program shall be subject to approval by both the District and the Tax Shelter Joint Committee. This committee shall be composed of representative from each of the bargaining units and the district’s Business Administrator. The addition of any new companies not currently being used by members of the Association shall be by mutual agreement of the District and the Joint Committee.
