Teacher Contracts. 4.01 The regular teaching year shall consist of 184 work days (185 work days for teachers newly hired by the Board). 4.02 The regular teaching day shall consist of no more than seven and one- fourth (7 1/4) consecutive hours, inclusive of a thirty (30) minute duty-free lunch.
