PROCEDURAL AGREEMENT. A. Recognition The Board agrees to recognize the Association as the exclusive representative of its members as long as it represents a majority of the teachers employed by the Shawnee School District. Upon receiving a bonafide written challenge to Association of Classroom Teachers representation, the Board and the SACT shall conduct an election in accordance with state statute.

PROCEDURAL AGREEMENT. AGREEMENT CLAUSE This agreement is made and entered into this 20th day of August, 1991 by and between the Xxxxxxxxx Association of Classroom teachers, hereinafter termed the “Association” and the Board of Education of Independent School District No. 20 of XxXxxxx County, Oklahoma, hereinafter termed the “Board”; and pursuant to Title 70 Oklahoma Statutes, Sections 509.1 – 509.10, the following items (articles, procedures, etc.) are hereby agreed upon by both parties. GOOD FAITH CLAUSE Each party herein shall negotiate in good faith and further assure that a free and open exchange of views based upon mutual understanding, concern, and cooperation occurs. PROCEDURAL AGREEMENT. RECOGNITION The Granville Exempted Village School District Board of Education (hereinafter "Board") recognizes the Granville Education Association (hereinafter "Association"), an affiliated local of the Ohio Education Association and the National Education Association, as the exclusive bargaining representative for all full and part-time certificated/licensed and non- certificated/licensed employees (hereinafter "bargaining unit members"), including classroom teachers, guidance personnel (including school counselors), nurses, librarians, speech and hearing therapists, intervention specialists, physical therapists, school psychologists, bus drivers, educational aides, special education aides, secretaries, clerical assistants, distribution personnel, occupational therapists, occupational therapist assistants, technology coaches, mechanics, Applications Coordinator, and theater manager. Excluded from the unit shall be the Superintendent, Principals, other administrative personnel, Supervisor of Special Education, Athletic Director, Systems Administrator, auxiliary service employees (persons employed in non-public schools within the District), non-teaching employees working out of the Central Office, substitute employees, all management-level, supervisory and confidential employees as defined in ORC Chapter 4117. The Board and the Association agree that the job descriptions for all bargaining unit member positions will not be reproduced as part of the Agreement, but shall be considered a part of the Agreement by reference. It is the intent of the parties to communicate changes in job descriptions prior to Board action. All current job descriptions will be available to any staff member within the library in each building (high school, middle school, intermediate school and elementary school) and through the dispatcher (bus garage) as well as the Superintendent’s secretary in the District Office as published by the Administration. Unless otherwise specified, the term “Superintendent” in the Agreement means the District Superintendent or the Superintendent’s designee.
PROCEDURAL AGREEMENT. The Agreement made between the Henryetta Education Association and the Henryetta Board of Education and governing procedures for negotiations may be found in Appendix A.

PROCEDURAL AGREEMENT. 2.2 The Board hereby recognizes the CTA as the exclusive representative for the bargaining unit consisting of all certificated and licensed employees, who do not hold supervisory authority with respect to other certificated and licensed employees, of the Valliant Public Schools. The Board agrees not to recognize any other employee organization as the representative of the members of the bargaining unit for the duration of this Agreement. Further, no individual member of the bargaining unit shall negotiate with the Board except through their duly recognized bargaining representative in regular negotiation sessions.
