TEACHER EVALUATION AND PROBATION. 16.1 The Board agrees to continue its practice for teacher evaluation as delineated in its policy statement appended to this collective agreement. The Board further agrees to consult and involve Federation representatives in any changes the Board makes to the policy document. The policy statement as appended is not a part of the collective agreement and is not grievable.
