Teacher Job Description. The employer may direct a teacher to perform such duties as are within the limits of the teacher's skill, competence, aptitude and/or training. A teacher at Leongatha Christian School is expected to carry out his or her duties as part of a team of professional educators and their assistants to provide chiefly educational services. In general the teacher is directly responsible for the effectiveness of the educational program in the classroom. Teachers are appointed by the Board and accountable to the Principal and Board. Co-ordinators have delegated responsibility in some areas.

  • Job Description The Employer agrees to draw up job descriptions for all positions for which the Union is bargaining agent.
