If the District decides each employee would have an individual job description, then CDC proposes to draft job descriptions as authorized by the District for a fee of $100 per description. It has been our practice, however, to recommend the client continue to use the completed JDQ in place of a separate position description because the JDQ is a much more complete statement of responsibilities.
