TEACHER PERSONNEL FILE. A teacher shall have the right to review the contents of all personnel records (except those materials excluded from the definition of “personnel record” under the Xxxxxxx-Xxxxxxxx Employee Right to Know Act) maintained by the District pertaining to said teacher, and to have a representative of the Association accompany him/her in such review.
