Teacher Teaching on Call List. The Board shall maintain a list of persons who are certificated and who have requested to be placed on the list of teachers teaching on call for the school year. The Board shall forward a copy of such a list to the Association in the first week of October, and in each subsequent month of the school year.

Teacher Teaching on Call List. a. The Board shall maintain a list of persons who are certificated qualified and who have requested to be been placed on the list of teachers teaching on call for the school year. The Board shall forward a copy of such a list to the Association in the first week on or before September 30 and January 31 of October, and in each subsequent month of the school year.
b. The Board shall not remove a person from the list of teachers teaching on call save for just and reasonable cause, or save for the lack of availability for three (3) months.
