TEACHING ENVIRONMENT. a. All unit members shall supervise students in the classroom and/or learning centers on a regular basis during instructional time. The Board will provide qualified educational assistants to assist the unit member if it is specified in the student’s IEP. Assignment to the routine supervision of students, i.e., arrival, dismissal, playground, lunchroom, and other non-instructional time, shall be made in an equitable manner for unit members.
