Common use of Team Leaders Clause in Contracts

Team Leaders. The Company will post Team Leader positions. Those eligible to apply will be from within the classification that the Team Leader will work. The Team Members within this classification and shift will choose from among the successful applicant(s) which Team Member will be awarded the position. For the purpose of this clause Coating/Secondary Team Members will be included in the vote for Moulding Team Leader.
