Common use of Teamster Leave Clause in Contracts

Teamster Leave. The Company agrees to grant members of the bargaining unit indefinite leaves of absence without pay to work with the Teamsters Union, retaining and accumulating seniority. Such leaves are revocable upon hours’ notice by the member.
