TECHNICAL AND ENGINEERING ASSISTANCE. As required, Allixxx xxxl furnish technical and engineering consulting services to Authorized Maintenance Center. The cost(s) of such technical and engineering services, if provided by Allixxx, xxll be paid by Authorized Maintenance Center. Any associated costs, including but not limited to, travel, test, engineering, research and other ancillary expenses will be invoiced by Allixxx xx the Authorized Maintenance Center. Allixxx xxxl submit an invoice in the amount of its cost(s) of technical and engineering services provided, as well as any equipment supplied, if technical, and engineering service or equipment is specifically requested by Authorized Maintenance Center. Allixxx xxxl provide an advance quotation detailing rates and any applicable additional cost upon receipt of a written request for technical, and engineering or equipment assistance from the Authorized Maintenance Center.

  • Project Management With respect to each Project Plan, each party will appoint a project manager who will be the party responsible for overseeing the Project Plan.

  • Engineering Network engineering handles the technical aspects of the project, resolution of problems escalated by the NOC, planning for future network expansion, and improving performance and process. Engineering interacts directly with AOL and the NOC.

  • Maintenance and Support Services Distributor shall provide Maintenance and Support Services to all of its Customers of Licensed Software as set forth in Sections 3.4(a) and 3.4(b) below. Distributor may require Customers to provide the own First-Line Support: however, in no event shall Siebel be responsible for First-Line or Second-Line Support.
