Technical Complaints. Technical complaints associated with the manufacturing of the Product shall follow the process described in the Quality Agreement.

Technical Complaints. Alimera shall receive and process all technical complaints concerning the Product. Flextronics shall inform Alimera of any complaints concerning the Product that it may receive. As appropriate, Flextronics shall inform Alimera of complaint information relevant to Flextronics’ production/inspection processes. Flextronics shall investigate and determine appropriate Flextronics corrective actions, and inform Alimera of such actions in writing, and Flextronics shall promptly implement any and all such corrective actions. Flextronics shall supply a complaint investigation summary to Alimera no more than [****] after Flextronics becomes aware that a complaint has been initiated.
Technical Complaints. Jazz Pharmaceuticals shall promptly submit to Solvay all API quality or manufacturing inquiries and technical API quality complaints, together with all available evidence and other information relating thereto, in accordance with procedures to be agreed upon by the parties. Except as otherwise required by Law, Solvay shall be responsible for investigating all such technical inquiries and complaints regarding the API and the outcome of such investigation shall be promptly reported by Solvay to Jazz Pharmaceuticals in writing. Where complaints or matters result from acts or omissions of [ * ], investigation and correction shall be at [ * ] expense; otherwise investigation and correction shall be at [ * ] expense.
Technical Complaints. Technical complaints from national customers should be forwarded to the International Marketing Specialist, ensuring that sufficient information is available for investigation by Collagen Corporation.
Technical Complaints. Physical or technical complaints relating to the Product which are received by CV or Isis will be investigated by Isis. CV will forward any Product sample to Isis for testing. Isis will promptly inform CV of any such test results. CV will be responsible for communicating with all such complainants and for all FDA notification and contact with respect to such complaints, but will keep Isis informed of such FDA contacts.
Technical Complaints. Subject to the terms of SECTION 5.1, Ascent shall refer any oral or written Technical Complaints which it receives concerning the Product to WL within four days of receipt of the same by Ascent provided that all complaints concerning suspected or actual Product tampering, contamination or mix-up (e.g. wrong ingredients) shall be delivered within twenty-four hours of receipt of the same. Ascent shall not take any other action in respect of any such complaint without the consent of WL unless otherwise required by law. Xxr purposes of this section, Technical Complaints shall mean any report concerning the quality, purity, quantity, weight, pharmacologic activity, labeling or appearance of the Product.

The Party that is the subject of the request should respond to the request without undue delay. Each Party shall endeavour to provide the information necessary to avoid a disruption to trade and, as the case may be, to reach a mutually acceptable solution.

  • TECHNICAL EVALUATION (a) Detailed technical evaluation shall be carried out by Purchase Committee pursuant to conditions in the tender document to determine the substantial responsiveness of each tender. For this clause, the substantially responsive bid is one that conforms to all the eligibility and terms and condition of the tender without any material deviation. The Institute’s determination of bid’s responsiveness is to be based on the contents of the bid itself without recourse to extrinsic evidence. The Institute shall evaluate the technical bids also to determine whether they are complete, whether required sureties have been furnished, whether the documents have been properly signed and whether the bids are in order. (b) The technical evaluation committee may call the responsive bidders for discussion or presentation to facilitate and assess their understanding of the scope of work and its execution. However, the committee shall have sole discretion to call for discussion / presentation. (c) Financial bids of only those bidders who qualify the technical criteria will be opened provided all other requirements are fulfilled. (d) AIIMS Jodhpur shall have right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reasons thereof.
