Technical Consulting Support. In some cases, it is possible that the Partner is enabled to solve the support case directly at the End User by means of technical consultation by vhf (for example by telephone or TeamViewer). The prerequisite for this is that the Partner is on-site at the End User and implements the instructions of vhf. This significantly reduces the downtime of the Product and the user can be helped faster. The vhf support team supports the Partner in the following way: „ Technical advice by phone, Skype, TeamViewer or email for complex problems „ Support for error causes that are difficult to localize „ Provision of special spare parts and repair instructions „ Training (case-by-case decision) „ Release for more complex repair and maintenance tasks

  • Technical Consultations 1. A Party may initiate technical consultations with another Party through the respective contact points with the aim of resolving any matter arising under this Chapter.

The Design Development Documents shall also include outline specifications that identify major materials and systems and establish, in general, their quality levels.

  • Software Development Software designs, prototypes, and all documentation for the final designs developed under this agreement must be made fully transferable upon direction of NSF. NSF may make the software design, prototype, and documentation for the final design available to competitors for review during any anticipated re-competition of the project.

  • Goods, Works and Non-consulting Services All goods, works and non- consulting services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Financing shall be procured in accordance with the requirements set forth or referred to in Section I of the Procurement Guidelines, and with the provisions of this Section.

  • TECHNICAL TASKS Products that require a draft version are indicated by marking “(draft and final)” after the product name in the “Products” section of the task/subtask. If “(draft and final)” does not appear after the product name, only a final version of the product is required. Subtask 1.1 (Products) describes the procedure for submitting products to the CAM.
