TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION OF WORK- DATA COLLECTION SUPPORT. 6.2.1 The Contractor shall provide Data Collection Support Services in support of ATC, APG, Maryland, mission testing requirements. This function entails data collection and coordination; data compilation, transcription, validation, processing, scheduling, review, and reporting; workload planning; training; establishing requirements for changes to data collection forms; capturing and processing of images and video data; researching technical questions; reviewing emerging data for accuracy and validity; visually examining equipment or test items for flaws or defects; observe operation of equipment to detect apparent malfunction(s); performing specified arithmetic computations; and extracting and compiling specified data to include detailed narratives from records or other sources such as specifications and drawings and obtaining test data from on-board instrumentation and test data harvesting at designated locations on a wide variety of automotive, combat, fire control, electronic, robotics, general equipment, ordnance, commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) and materiel undergoing testing. The Data Collection Leader shall obtain daily work assignments for the week from their management based on resource requirements identified in the government Range Control Database Scheduling System (RCDSS).

  • Technical Support Services 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

  • Task Description This task includes activities associated with permit-required monitoring conducted in accordance with the conditions specified by state or federal regulatory agencies. All monitoring tasks must be located within or adjacent to the Project area and follow the Department’s Regional Coastal Monitoring Program and FWC's marine turtle and shorebird monitoring programs. Guidance for monitoring of nearshore resources is available in the Department's Standard Operation Procedures For Nearshore Hardbottom Monitoring Of Beach Nourishment Projects. The Local Sponsor must submit work products directly to the appropriate state or federal regulatory agencies in accordance with permit conditions to be eligible for reimbursement under this task, unless otherwise directed.

  • CORRECTION OF WORK 13.2.1 The Contractor shall be responsible for correcting all Work which the Architect has found to be defective or which fails to conform to the Contract Documents whether observed be- fore or after Substantial Completion and whether or not fabricated, installed or completed. The Contractor shall bear all costs of correcting such rejected Work, including compensation for the Architect's and the State’s additional services made necessary thereby. The Architect, upon a finding of defect or failure to conform, shall immediately notify the State and Contractor, in writing, of the defect. The Contractor shall begin correcting the defective or non-conforming Work within ten (10) days unless the State agrees to a Change Order which reflects the reduction in Contract Sum due to the value of diminishment of the defective or nonconforming Work.

  • Service Description The Parties will provide Common Channel Signaling (CCS) to one another via Signaling System 7 (SS7) network Interconnection, in accordance with prevailing industry standards. Use of a third party provider of SS7 trunks is permitted.

  • Technical Support State Street will provide technical support to assist the Fund in using the System and the Data Access Services. The total amount of technical support provided by State Street shall not exceed 10 resource days per year. State Street shall provide such additional technical support as is expressly set forth in the fee schedule in effect from time to time between the parties (the “Fee Schedule”). Technical support, including during installation and testing, is subject to the fees and other terms set forth in the Fee Schedule.

  • Customer Service Support During the Term of this Agreement, VNDS will provide reasonable telephone and e-mail customer service support to Registrar, not Registered Name Holder or prospective customers of Registrar, for nontechnical issues solely relating to the System and its operation. VNDS will provide Registrar with a telephone number and e-mail address for such support during implementation of the Supported Protocol, APIs and Software. First-level telephone support will be available on a 7-day/24-hour basis. VNDS will provide a web-based customer service capability in the future and such web-based support will become the primary method of customer service support to Registrar at such time.
