Technical Progress Meetings Sample Clauses
The Technical Progress Meetings clause establishes regular meetings between the parties to review and discuss the status of technical work under the contract. These meetings typically involve project managers, engineers, or other relevant personnel who provide updates, address issues, and coordinate on project milestones or deliverables. By requiring these meetings, the clause ensures ongoing communication, facilitates early identification of problems, and helps keep the project on track.
Technical Progress Meetings. Progress Meetings shall be held in accordance with DEFCON 642, as follows:
i) One inaugural meeting, to take place within two weeks of Contract award, and
ii) A final review on a date to be agreed between the Technical Authority and the Contractor. Note: A draft copy of the Final Report shall be made available to the Technical Authority not less than seven working days prior to the date of the Final Review. Distribution of Minutes will be as follows: Technical Authority ONE Commercial Department ONE Note: The front page of any Minutes produced as a result of any Meeting between the Authority and the Contractor shall state: "Nothing in these Minutes shall be construed as giving authority to proceed on work beyond that provided in the Contract or vary the terms and conditions of the Contract."
