Technical Support and Software Updates. 3.1. The Licensor provides technical support for all licensed copies of the Software, but reserves the right to set the time frame and amount of assistance provided. The Licensor has the right to request additional data from the Licensee for technical support. In case of refusal to provide these data, technical support may not be possible.

Technical Support and Software Updates. Technical Support and Software Updates are included during the period that the customer is licensed to use the software. Our standard hours of support are 8:00AM to 5:00PM United States Central Time (UTC - 6:00) Weekdays, non-holidays, four hour response time.
Technical Support and Software Updates. This license does not include the right to receive Firmware or Software upgrades or updates. The Buyer’s right to use the Firmware or Software will immediately terminate upon breach of this XXXX.   • Technical Support State Street will provide technical support to assist the Fund in using the System and the Data Access Services. The total amount of technical support provided by State Street shall not exceed 10 resource days per year. State Street shall provide such additional technical support as is expressly set forth in the fee schedule in effect from time to time between the parties (the “Fee Schedule”). Technical support, including during installation and testing, is subject to the fees and other terms set forth in the Fee Schedule.
