Technology Backbone. Architect shall be responsible for the coordination of the design and the layout of the technology backbone system with the District’s Information Technology Department and/or the District’s technology consultant, and lay out any included technology backbone system. The coordination effort shall include location and routing of raceways, conduits and outlets and the required spaces to accommodate electrical, data and communication wiring. Architect and consultant(s) shall prepare and be responsible for documents prepared by the Architect based on the information provided by the District’s technology consultant as appropriate to the level of design completion.

Technology Backbone. Design Build Entity shall be responsible for the coordination of the design and the layout of the technology backbone system of the Work with Judicial Council’s and/or Court’s information technology department(s) and/or Judicial Council’s technology consultant and lay out any included technology backbone system. The coordination effort shall include location and routing of raceways, conduits and outlets and the required spaces to accommodate electrical, data and communication wiring. Design Build Entity shall prepare and be responsible for documents prepared by Design Build Entity based on the information provided by Judicial Council’s technology consultant as appropriate to the level of design completion.

Technology Backbone. Consultant shall assist the PM and District’s Facility, Police Services and Information Technology departments with the development and coordination of design criteria and the layout of the technology backbone system for this project using available Campus and District standards.
