Telephone Consultation. Nurses who are classified as non-exempt under State and Federal wage and hour law and take work-related calls outside their regularly scheduled shift that results in a nurse working longer than fifteen (15) minutes shall be paid at one and one-half (1½) times their regular hourly rate of pay for all time worked or equivalent compensatory time at the nurse’s discretion.
