Equipment Services. In the event Customer terminates an order for Services and/or Equipment, Customer shall be liable for all costs incurred by Stinger in the mobilization/demobilization of personnel and Equipment, any third party costs incurred plus the cost of any “special order” exotic product and any other reasonable termination costs incurred by Stinger incident to such termination. In addition, a restocking charge of the original order may be applied at Stinger’s sole discretion. If a job is cancelled by Customer prior to Stinger being rigged up to do the job, a cancellation charge based on round trip kilometers plus hours spent traveling to the site will be assessed to Customer. If a job is cancelled by Customer after Stinger is rigged up to do the job, a cancellation charge equal to fifty percent (50%) of the applicable Equipment charges plus travel charges at regular rates from the Stinger shop location and all hours in excess of the job set up time allowance will be assessed to Customer.
Equipment Services contract price of Equipment Services: (1) in the case of selecting equipment services providers through tendering process, the Company will determine whether the services will be provided by CNNC and/or its associates based on the results of such process, and the contract price shall be the award price; (2) in the case of selecting equipment services providers other than through tendering process, the Company will determine the services will be provided by CNNC and/or its associates after evaluation and review, and the contract price will be determined through negotiations.
Equipment Services. (1) Mobile Gantry Crane (Travel Lift).
(2) Overhead Bridge Crane (Hangar Bay). Operated by qualified ACU-5 personnel only.
Equipment Services i. PCI may rent, license, lease, sublet or otherwise provide certain equipment to Customer, including without limitation loaders, excavators, forklifts, vehicles, tools, machinery, attachments and other mechanical devices, (the “Equipment”) from time to time. Equipment may be provided with a PCI operator or Customer may supply the operator of Equipment.
ii. Regardless of whether Equipment is operated by PCI personnel or Customer personnel, Customer shall at all times supervise, direct and control the activities of the operator of the Equipment and the operator shall follow the instructions, signals, direction and supervision of Customer. Customer, if providing the operator, shall only utilize properly insured, licensed and trained operators.
iii. Customer shall keep the Equipment well lubricated, properly adjusted and otherwise in good and efficient working order, and provide any daily servicing required by Equipment’s manufacturer, including without limitation daily inspection, adding fluids, blow out air filters and adding air to tires. If Customer requests, PCI may provide a field service mechanic to ensure routine servicing is completed in accordance with the manufacturer’s requirements, subject to availability and additional rates/charges. Customer shall return Equipment with the same fuel level as received.
iv. Any and all Equipment damage or loss shall be the responsibility of Customer while Equipment is in Customer’s custody and control (which shall include when Equipment is being operated by PCI personnel under Customer’s supervision, direction and control). Customer shall insure the Equipment at full replacement value. Customer shall return the Equipment in the same condition as it was received. Customer shall indemnify, defend and hold PCI harmless for any and all Claims arising out of Customer’s use of Equipment as provided in this Section II(a)(1), including without limitation the negligence of personnel or operators provided by PCI, in accordance with Article VII. Customer shall immediately report to PCI any unsafe condition, improper maintenance of Equipment or unsatisfactory performance of an operator or other personnel provided by PCI with sufficient details to permit PCI to investigate and/or take appropriate action.
v. Customer shall not sublease or sublicense the Equipment or permit any alterations to the Equipment without the express written permission of PCI.

Equipment Services. The following provisions will apply when SecureLogix accepts an Order to provide installation and/or maintenance for the hardware component of the Product(s) (“Equipment Services”). Installation Services will be performed as mutually agreed in the accepted Order. Requests for Equipment Services for the Product(s) shall be made to SecureLogix via SecureLogix’s designated toll-free number. Following SecureLogix’s verification of a hardware problem, a Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) number will be issued to Customer. The RMA will authorize Customer to receive an exchange unit on a freight prepaid basis. Customer shall return the malfunctioning Product(s) (or a component thereof) to SecureLogix by second business day delivery, freight prepaid and shall be responsible for payment to SecureLogix of the published price of any units not returned within five (5) business days following receipt of the exchange unit by Customer. Weekends and SecureLogix holidays are excluded. After the warranty period and if Equipment Services are not provided on a contract basis, Customer shall be responsible for all freight charges for the returned Product(s). Supplies and expendable items shall be provided in accordance with SecureLogix’s prices in effect on the date shipped. Equipment Services that are outside those specified herein, shall be on a time, materials and transportation basis at SecureLogix’s prices in effect at the time such Equipment Services are provided. Provision of such Equipment Services shall be at the discretion of SecureLogix and shall be subject to the availability of personnel and parts. All parts or units that are replaced by parts or units provided by SecureLogix on an exchange basis shall become the property of SecureLogix. The part or unit supplied by SecureLogix shall become the property of the recipient. Parts or units that are provided by SecureLogix may be new or refurbished parts or units that are functionally equivalent to new parts or units and may be from different sources than the original equipment manufacturer. Maintenance aids, including, but not limited to, software or documentation utilized by SecureLogix are either SecureLogix’s property or property of third parties. No license or right to use any such maintenance aids is granted hereunder.
Equipment Services. (a) NECAM reserves the right to:
(1) discontinue the manufacture or distribution of particular models of various types of Equipment and /or the provision of Services or
(2) change or modify specifications, features, models, housings, and/or other aspects of Equipment and/or the provision of Services
Equipment Services. A. All central air-conditioning equipment, elevators, public area plumbing and electrical facilities will be regularly serviced and maintained. All Tenant supplemental HVAC Systems to be serviced by or at tenant’s expense.
B. All doors and hinges will be repaired as necessary, unless repair is necessitated by Tenant’s misuse.
C. All appurtenances, such as rails, stairs, etc. will be maintained in a safe condition.
1. Landlord shall provide at the rates hereinafter set forth and Tenant shall purchase from Landlord “electric service” for the Tenant’s requirements for office lighting and normal office equipment. Charges as hereinafter set forth shall include the maintenance and servicing of all electrical equipment, including feeders, switch gear, metering devices, wiring devices and lighting fixtures but not including bulbs. There shall be three (3) categories of electric service:
Equipment Services. A. Social/Bar Alcohol ☐ No Alcohol ☐ The bar is staffed by GLT Smart Serve volunteers. All proceeds from bar sales remain with GLT. The times the bar is open are negotiable. A bar buyout or bar minimum applies. The Renter may bring in coffee/tea or other non‐alcoholic beverages for event participants only. The Lobby is the only area of the building that is licensed.
B. Kitchen Yes ☐ No ☐ The GLT kitchen is available for use by caterers hired by the Renter and approved by GLT.
C. Stage Lights Yes ☐ No ☐ A house lighting plot is provided. This plot is restored by the Renter during rental times.

Equipment Services. A. The Host shall provide the Client with hosting and mining services for the Equipment as follows:
Equipment Services. As a participant in and during the term of the Program you will be provided with remote sensor equipment (“Equipment”) which HSB may also make available to you as sensor equipment kits (each an “Equipment Package”), remote monitoring services and web portal access (“Services”) during the Term (defined below). The Equipment and Equipment Packages may include, but are not necessarily limited to, temperature, humidity and water presence sensors. In the event the Equipment senses certain conditions (e.g., significant interior temperature drops or the presence of water) at your location during the Program, HSB may alert you and COMPANY. However, there is no guarantee that you or COMPANY will receive any such alert, even if certain conditions are sensed, or that any such alert will prevent, or reduce the severity of, any type of loss, occurrence, or damage. Taking any action, including any preventative action, is solely your responsibility.
