Temporary Authority Facilities. Temporary Facilities may be necessary to facilitate Construction of the Project (including Rearrangements). Authority or its designee may use, without cost, lands owned or controlled by City for any Construction related purpose, including, but not limited to, the erection and use of Temporary Facilities thereon; provided that, City shall first approve in writing the availability, location and duration of the Temporary Facilities. Upon completion of the related Construction and Authority’s determination that the Temporary Facilities no longer are needed, Authority shall remove all Temporary Facilities and restore the area to its original condition unless Authority and City mutually agree otherwise. If this agreed upon duration of a Temporary Facility has expired, the City reserves the right to request turning over the City owned land at any time prior to completion of the Project. Authority shall return the land to the City within forty (40) Days from the requested date and restore the area as much as practicable to its original condition, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the City.

  • Temporary Facilities a. The Contractor shall obtain permits for, install and maintain in safe condition all scaffolds, hoisting equipment, barricades, walkways, or other temporary structures that may be required to accomplish the work. Such structures shall be adequate for the intended use and capable of safely accepting all loads that may be imposed upon them. They shall be installed and maintained in accordance with all applicable codes and regulations.

  • USE OF CITY FACILITIES The Association shall be permitted to use City facilities with prior Management approval for the purpose of holding meetings to the extent that such facilities are available to other organizations and individuals, and to the extent that such use of the facility will not interfere with normal departmental operations. Participating employees will attend said meetings on their own time unless other arrangements are made with management. If the use of a facility normally requires a fee for rental or special set-up, security, and/or cleanup service, the Association will provide or assume the cost of such service(s) or facility.

  • Use of County Facilities County facilities may be made available for use by employees and the Union. Such use shall not occur during regular working hours other than the lunch period. Application for such use shall be made to the management person under whose control the facility is placed. Employees attending meetings under this Section during duty hours may do so only on duly requested and authorized leave time.

  • Laundry Facilities SF State University assumes no responsibility in the use of laundry equipment or for lost items.

  • Temporary Upgrading (a) In the event that an employee is temporarily transferred to a higher classification than that to which the employee is regularly assigned, he or she shall be paid at the normal wage scale for such higher classification during the period of such transfer for not less than a full tour of duty.

  • Temporary Upgrade An employee in a temporary upgrade status shall have no right to grieve or arbitrate release from such temporary upgrade status.

  • Toilet Facilities The Employer provides the Contractor access to toilet facilities. Temporary chemical toilets are provided by the Contractor where deemed necessary.

  • Use of University Facilities Members may use the office assigned to them in connection with such professionally-related activities as preparation of professional manuscripts and materials, scholarly endeavors, approved consultancies, and service to professional associations, schools, or other groups or agencies for whom such service is appropriate. Upon request, faculty may use laboratories and studios for non-sponsored research and other scholarly activity. Upon request, faculty may use meeting rooms and other physical facilities for professionally-related groups subject to availability and prevailing policies of the University governing use of facilities. The facilities of the TRC, Print Shop, computer labs and the use of University equipment are available to the faculty in connection with professional writing, research, or approved service projects subject to availability and to reimbursement at prevailing rates charged by the University.

  • Developer’s Attachment Facilities (“DAF”). Developer shall, at its expense, design, procure, construct, own and install the DAF, as set forth in Appendix A hereto.

  • Office Facilities During the Employment Period, the Company will furnish Executive, without charge, suitable office facilities for the purpose of performing his duties hereunder, which facilities shall include secretarial, telephone, clerical and support personnel and services and shall be similar to those furnished to employees of the Company having comparable positions.
