Common use of Temporary Certificate of Registration Rate Clause in Contracts

Temporary Certificate of Registration Rate. An employee holding a Temporary Certificate of Registration upon presenting proof of current Certificate of Competence by the College of Nurses of Ontario shall be given the salary of the registered staff nurse as provided in this Article retroactive to the date of sitting the certification examination or the date of last hire, whichever is later.

Temporary Certificate of Registration Rate. An employee holding a Temporary Certificate of Registration upon presenting proof of current receiving her General Certificate of Competence Registration by the College of Nurses of Ontario Ontario, shall be given paid the salary of the registered staff nurse as provided in this Article Registered Nurse. The salary change shall be retroactive to the date of sitting for the certification examination in which she was successful or the date of last hire, whichever is later.
