Temporary Disconnection. A Party may temporarily disconnect the distributed generation facility from the electric distribution system in the event one or more of the following conditions or events occurs: 3.4.1 Emergency conditions - Shall mean any condition or situation: (1) that in the judgment of the Party making the claim is likely to endanger life or property; or (2) that the utility determines is likely to cause an adverse system impact, or is likely to have a material adverse effect on the utility's electric distribution system, interconnection facilities or other facilities, or is likely to interrupt or materially interfere with the provision of electric utility service to other customers; or
