Temporary Living Expenses; Relocation Expenses; Home Sale Assistance. Executive currently resides in Michigan and intends to, at least for some period of time, maintain his family residence in Michigan during his employment with the Company. Executive will also maintain living accommodations in the Toledo, Ohio area and intends to ship certain household goods and/or vehicles to the Toledo, Ohio area. As an inducement to Executive to enter into this Agreement and to maintain the living arrangements as described above, the Company agrees to provide Executive with the following:
