Temporary Senior Notes. Until definitive Senior Notes are ready for delivery, the Company may prepare and the Trustee shall authenticate temporary Senior Notes. Temporary Senior Notes shall be substantially in the form, and shall carry all rights, benefits and privileges, of definitive Senior Notes but may have variations that the Company considers appropriate for temporary Senior Notes. Without unreasonable delay, the Company shall prepare and the Trustee shall authenticate definitive Senior Notes in exchange for temporary Senior Notes presented to it.
Temporary Senior Notes. (a) Pending the preparation of definitive Senior Notes, the Company may execute, and upon Company Order the Trustee shall authenticate and deliver, temporary Senior Notes that are printed, lithographed, typewritten, mimeographed or otherwise produced, in any denomination, substantially of the tenor of the definitive Senior Notes in lieu of which they are issued and with such appropriate insertions, omissions, substitutions and other variations as the officers executing such Senior Notes may determine, as evidenced by their execution of such Senior Notes.
(b) If temporary Senior Notes are issued, the Company will cause definitive Senior Notes to be prepared without unreasonable delay. After the preparation of definitive Senior Notes, the temporary Senior Notes shall be exchangeable for definitive Senior Notes upon surrender of the temporary Senior Notes at the office or agency of the Company designated for that purpose without charge to the Holder. Upon surrender for cancellation of any one or more temporary Senior Notes, the Company shall execute and, upon receipt of a Company Order, the Trustee shall authenticate and deliver in exchange therefor one or more definitive Senior Notes of any authorized denominations having the same Original Issue Date and Stated Maturity and having the same terms as such temporary Senior Notes. Until so exchanged, the temporary Senior Notes shall in all respects be entitled to the same benefits under this Indenture as definitive Senior Notes.

Temporary Senior Notes shall be substantially in the form of definitive Senior Notes but may have variations that Anvil considers appropriate for temporary Senior Notes and as shall be reasonably acceptable to the Trustee. Without unreasonable delay, Anvil shall prepare and the Trustee shall authenticate definitive Senior Notes in exchange for temporary Senior Notes. Holders of temporary Senior Notes shall be entitled to all of the benefits of this Indenture.

Temporary Senior Notes may contain such reference to any provisions of this Indenture as may be appropriate. Every temporary Senior Note shall be executed by the Issuer and authenticated by the Trustee upon the same conditions and in substantially the same manner, and with like effect, as the definitive Senior Notes. Without unreasonable delay the Issuer shall execute and shall furnish definitive Senior Notes and thereupon temporary Senior Notes may be surrendered in exchange therefor without charge at each office or agency to be maintained by the Issuer for the purpose pursuant to Section 3.2, and the Trustee shall authenticate and deliver in exchange for such temporary Senior Notes a like aggregate principal amount of definitive Senior Notes of authorized denominations.
