Common use of Temporary Transfer Clause in Contracts

Temporary Transfer. An employee who is temporarily transferred from his regular job shall be paid the standard hourly rate of the job to which he has been transferred, provided such rate is not less than that of his regular job. If the rate of the job to which he is temporarily transferred, but not as a result of a lay-off, is less than the rate of his regular job, he shall be paid the rate of his regular job during the period of such temporary transfer.

Temporary Transfer. Temporary Transfer. An employee who is temporarily transferred from to meet Company requirements to another job for which the regular rate is less than that which the employee is receiving, shall retain his regular former rate and if such transfer is to a job shall with a higher rate, the employee will receive the higher rate for each hour worked. However, if the employee works at the higher rate for greater than four (4) hours, he will be paid the standard hourly higher rate of for the job to which he has been transferred, provided such rate is not less than that of his regular job. If the rate of the job to which he is temporarily transferred, but not as a result of a lay-off, is less than the rate of his regular job, he shall be paid the rate of his regular job during the period of such temporary transferentire shift.

Temporary Transfer. 23.02 (a) An employee who is temporarily transferred from to meet the Company's convenience to another job for which the regular rate at the employee's appropriate level is less than that which the employee is receiving, shall retain his former rate, and if such transfer is to a job for which the regular rate at the employee's appropriate level is higher, the employee shall receive the higher rate paid for such job shall be paid the standard hourly rate of the job to which after he has been transferred, provided such rate is not less than that of his regular one (1) consecutive hour on this job. If the rate of the job to which he is temporarily transferred, but not as a result of a lay-off, is less than the rate of his regular job, he shall be paid the rate of his regular job during the period of such temporary transfer.

Temporary Transfer.
