Temporary Transfer. When an employee is temporarily transferred to a job classification with a different wage rate, he/she will be paid his/her regular rate of pay; provided, after working in a higher classification for a period of five (5) consecutive days he/she will receive the entry level of the higher classification or his regular rate of pay, whichever is higher.

Temporary Transfer. When an An employee who is temporarily transferred to a different job classification with a different wage ratewithin the bargaining unit, he/she will be paid his/at the request of the Employer, shall receive the greater of her regular rate of pay; providedpay and the rate of pay in the classification to which she is transferred. An employee who is transferred to a different job classification within the bargaining unit at the request of or for the convenience of the employee, after working in or to avoid a higher classification for a period of five (5) consecutive days he/she will layoff, shall receive the entry level of the higher classification or his regular rate of pay, whichever pay in the classification to which she is highertransferred.

Temporary Transfer. When an Any employee is temporarily who may be transferred from one classification to another classification carrying a job classification with a different higher wage rate, he/she will rate for more than one (1) week shall be paid his/her regular the rate of pay; provided, after working pay that is immediately above his or her current rate in a the higher classification for a period of five (5) consecutive days he/she will receive all hours worked provided that the entry level employee assumes the duties and responsibilities of the higher classification or his regular rate of pay, whichever is higherposition. Temporary Transfer. If the employee had previously held the higher-rated classification to which he is temporarily transferred, and was removed from it due to layoff or other reasons, the employee shall receive the rate of pay he earned in his former position.
