Common use of Temporary Work Assignment Clause in Contracts

Temporary Work Assignment. If an employee is assigned to perform the essential functions of a position of a higher rank or classification for a period of more than 14 calendar days, the employee shall be paid at the wage rate of the applicable rank or classification.
