Tenancy Period Clause Samples
The Tenancy Period clause defines the specific duration for which the lease agreement is valid, establishing the official start and end dates of the tenant's right to occupy the property. This clause typically outlines whether the tenancy is fixed-term or periodic, and may specify conditions for renewal or extension. By clearly stating the timeframe of the tenancy, it provides certainty for both landlord and tenant, helping to prevent disputes over occupancy and ensuring both parties understand their obligations regarding the length of the lease.
