Term and Expiration Date. The Term of the Lease is presently due to expire on December 31, 2014. The Term of the Lease shall be extended from January 1, 2015 through March 31, 2015 (the “Expiration Date”).
Term and Expiration Date. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended by ------------------------- approximately two (2) calendar months to be sixty (60) full calendar months following the Second Expansion Premises Commencement Date. The Expiration Date shall August 31, 2004 (the revised "Expiration Date").
Term and Expiration Date. This Agreement shall be effective as of the Effective Date and shall terminate on the earlier of (i) the date upon which the Parties agree in writing to terminate it or (ii) the date upon which the Sugarloaf SUF and the Ramapo SUF are no longer subject to the O&M Agreement and Ramapo Agreement, respectively. This Agreement shall continue in effect after termination to the extent necessary to complete corrective mitigating actions identified in any compliance monitoring process. The protections for Confidential Information under Section 7 of this Agreement shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
Term and Expiration Date. The term of this Contract is each Fiscal Year of the District, which runs from October 1 through September 30. This Contract shall terminate on September 30 of each fiscal year. Resident understands that all Pool FOBs expire on September 30 at midnight; provided, however, that if September 30 falls on a weekend, the Pool FOB will expire on the next regular business day. Resident agrees that it is his or her responsibility to annually renew this Contract, which shall include providing proof of residency and executing a new Pool Liability Waiver.
Term and Expiration Date. This Agreement and the SAR Units granted hereby shall expire and terminate upon the earlier to occur of (a) the first anniversary after the termination of the Executive's employment with the Company for Cause (as defined in the Employment Agreement) or due to the Executive's resignation, (b) the date on which the Company distributes its final liquidating dividend to its shareholders, or (c) 5:00 p.m. on December 15, 2011 (the "EXPIRATION DATE").
Term and Expiration Date. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended by an additional thirty (30) months such that the Expiration Date shall be June 30, 2023. The period from December 17, 2020 through June 30, 2023 is hereinafter referred to as the “Extension Period”. Notwithstanding the foregoing, on or prior to December 16, 2020, Tenant shall surrender the Existing Premises (except for that portion of the Existing Premises that is part of the New Space) to Landlord in accordance with the terms of the Existing Lease, and if Tenant fails to do so, Tenant shall be deemed to be holding over with respect to the Existing Premises and the provisions of Section 26 of the Existing Lease shall apply.

If this Agreement is not terminated pursuant to ------------------------- the provisions of Paragraph 4 above, then the Term of the Lease is hereby extended by approximately five (5) calendar months to be sixty (60) full calendar months following the Third Expansion Premises Commencement Date. The Expiration Date is hereby changed to be January 31, 2005 (the "Revised Expiration Date").
Term and Expiration Date. The parties agree that the Term of this agreement is eighteen (18) months and the Expiration Date is January 25, 2008.
Term and Expiration Date. (a) This Agreement shall be for a term commencing on the Effective Date and, unless terminated pursuant to Section 9(c) below, shall remain in effect for a term of twelve (12) months. The term of this Agreement shall be automatically renewed from year to year thereafter, unless one party gives ninety (90) days' prior written notice to the other of its election to terminate this Agreement.
Term and Expiration Date. This Agreement shall have the same original term as the Leasing Agent Agreement, and shall expire on the expiration date set forth in the Leasing Agent Agreement.
