Term and Expiration DateThe Term of the Lease is presently due to expire on December 31, 2013. Section 1.2 (k) of the Lease shall be amended to provide that the Term of the Lease shall be extended from January 1, 2014 through December 31, 2014 (the “Expiration Date”).
Term and Expiration DateThe Term of the Lease is hereby extended by ------------------------- approximately ten (10) calendar months to be sixty (60) full calendar months following the Expansion Premises Commencement Date. Such co-operation shall include, without limitation, turning over all books and records pertaining to the Leasing Agent's activities hereunder, promptly notifying lessees of the change in the Leasing Agent of the containers, and transferring the funds maintained on its behalf to such accounts as are designated by CAY (c) This Leasing Agent Agreement shall terminate with respect to any container which is sold, otherwise disposed of, lost, rendered unfit in the Leasing Agent's good faith judgement, declared a total loss or destroyed, as of the date that such sale or other disposition is consummated or such unfitness determined. In the event, this Agreement terminates as to any container pursuant to this Section 9 by reason of destruction, unfitness or loss, the Leasing Agent shall use its best efforts to sell such container without further authorisation of CAY
