Term Modifications. No agreement or modification of any of the terms or conditions contained in this Agreement shall be binding upon the parties unless executed in writing by the parties.
Term Modifications. We may modify the terms and conditions of Agreement (including Our Privacy Policy) from time to time, with notice to You in accordance with Section 16.2 (Notices) or by posting the modified Terms on Our website. Together with notice, We will specify the effective date of the modifications.
